The no-load losses of a dry transformer with an amorphous magnetic core are 75% lower than the values established by the GB/T 10228 standard, which can significantly reduce operating costs and provide a significant energy-saving effect.
1. Low power consumption and energy saving: Amorphous alloy core provides low no-load loss and no-load current, about 30% of that of silicon steel. The no-load losses of a dry transformer with an amorphous magnetic core are 75% lower than the standard values of GB/T 10228, which significantly reduces operating costs and provides a significant energy-saving effect.
2. High corrosion resistance: The amorphous alloy magnetic core is completely sealed with resin and high-temperature silicone, which effectively prevents corrosion and loss of amorphous alloy fragments, thereby reliably protecting the magnetic core and windings.
3. Low noise level: to reduce the operating noise of the product, rational working magnetic induction was selected during the design, the design of the magnetic core and windings was improved during the production process, and special noise-absorbing materials and technologies were used. The noise level of the product is 5–15 dB below the requirements of the national standard GB/T 10088.
4. High resistance to short circuit currents: the product is made using a three-phase three-rod design with a compact and rational fastening system for the magnetic core and windings. Dry transformers with an amorphous magnetic core produced by us were the first in China to successfully pass sudden short circuit tests.
5. Low partial discharge: Thanks to vacuum casting epoxy resin, the product has low heat, long service life and high heat dissipation ability. With forced air cooling, operation with 150% rated load is possible. The product is equipped with a temperature control and protection system that ensures reliable and safe operation of a dry transformer with an amorphous magnetic core.
