Oil-filled transformers 10–20 kV are made using a fully sealed corrugated tank and vacuum oil filling technology. They are characterized by stable and reliable operation, effectively slow down the aging of insulation and reduce maintenance costs.

High mechanical strength: the spatial twisted core has a round cross-section of the rods, which provides better resistance to short-circuit currents compared to the oval cross-section. In addition, a high degree of filling with gaskets and reliable fixation increase the resistance of the product to short-circuit currents.

The core of the 110 kV oil-immersed power transformer is made of high-quality oriented silicon steel, assembled in multi-stage layers, with a curable varnish applied to the surface. The product is characterized by low losses and low noise levels.

Oil-filled power transformers 66 kV have the characteristics of “four low and one high” (low losses, low noise, low heating, low partial discharge, high reliability), and also do not require removal of the active part and do not have leaks.

SBH amorphous core transformers are fully encapsulated oil-filled transformers. The magnetic core is made of an amorphous alloy consisting of such basic elements as iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon and boron.

The single-phase pole-mount transformer is made using highly efficient energy-saving twisted core design. The core is made of silicon steel or an amorphous alloy. The transformer is mounted suspended on power transmission line supports, has compact dimensions and requires low capital investments.

35 kV oil power transformers are used at power system substations, as well as at 35 kV subscriber substations. The core is made of high quality oriented cold rolled silicon steel with high magnetic conductivity.
