The complete switchgear with withdrawable elements of the KYN28A-12 series (24) for indoor installation is a complete switchgear for indoor installation, three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50/60 Hz, rated voltage 12 (24) kV, operating current up to 4000 A. Designed for use in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises for the reception and distribution of electricity, providing control, protection and monitoring functions for electrical circuits. Can be used in places with frequent switching operations.
Product Features
Reliable and safe five-protection locking device, effectively preventing:
1. Erroneous turning on and off of the switch
2.Rocking in and out of the circuit breaker trolley under load
3. Turning on the switch with the grounding switch closed
4. Erroneous activation of the grounding switch when the equipment is energized
5. Erroneous entry into a live compartment
Optionally, vacuum circuit breakers ZN63A, VD4, ZN21, 3AH and VEP, vacuum contactors VC7, load switches and disconnectors can be installed.
Depending on the purpose, trolleys can be used: circuit breaker, voltage transformer, measuring, disconnecting and others; trolleys of the same purpose have good interchangeability.
The switch compartments and cable compartments can be equipped with heaters to prevent condensation and corrosion.
The degree of protection of the outer shell of the cabinet is IP4X, the degree of protection between compartments and with the door of the switch compartment open is IP2X.
Product design
The product consists of two parts: the body and the withdrawable part (trolley). The body is made of steel sheets coated with aluminum zinc. Using metal partitions, it is divided into a switch compartment (trolley compartment), a main busbar compartment, a cable compartment and a relay equipment and measuring instruments compartment. All metal structures are reliably grounded. The main busbar compartment and the circuit breaker compartment are equipped with independent pressure relief channels.
