35 kV oil power transformers are used at power system substations, as well as at 35 kV subscriber substations. The core is made of high quality oriented cold rolled silicon steel with high magnetic conductivity. The windings have a coil design. The active part is equipped with molded insulating parts. The transformer tank is of the bell type, with an oil expansion conservator. The appearance of the product is aesthetic and attractive.
Main Features
1. Low losses: meet the energy efficiency requirements of the GB 20052-2020 standard “Energy efficiency limit values and energy efficiency classes of power transformers”.
2. Low noise: The noise level of natural cooling is less than 60dB.
3. Low partial discharge level: partial discharge level is controlled within 100 pC.
4. High resistance to short-circuit currents: the windings have an internal support frame made of high-quality insulation, the side walls of the tank are made by laser cutting in one pass.
5. Aesthetic appearance: complete sanding and rust removal, electrostatic powder spraying provides a coating quality comparable to painting household appliances.
6. No leakage: All sealing flanges are of groove design, the drain valve is made of brass, and vacuum butterfly valves are installed on the radiators, which guarantees tightness.
