KKSG Mine dry transformers for general purpose have such advantages as safety, reliability, energy efficiency, fire safety, explosion protection, absence of harmful gas emissions, environmental friendliness and ease of maintenance. Throughout their service life, the products maintain stable electrical and mechanical characteristics. The transformers are suitable for use in environments with high fire safety requirements, significant load fluctuations and high heat resistance classes.
The power range of general purpose mine transformers of the KKSG type is from 50 to 2000 kVA, input voltage - 10 kV or 6 kV, output voltage - 1200 V, 693 V or 400 V.
The magnetic core of the KKSG general purpose mine dry transformer is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel with small joint gaps, low losses and low noise. The windings are made using foil and wire winding technology. Interlayer and interturn insulation is made of heat-resistant insulating materials of heat resistance class H, which ensures long-term operation at temperatures up to 180 °C. The windings are impregnated with imported varnish using the vacuum impregnation method, and the impregnating varnish completely penetrates into the deep layers of the windings. Drying and curing are carried out at a temperature of 160–170 °C, which gives high mechanical strength. The active part is vacuum dried and coated with moisture-proof varnish, which provides excellent insulating properties.
The specific technical parameters of KKSG type general purpose mine transformers can also be designed according to customer requirements.
