This product has received recognition and approval from both manufacturers and operating organizations. It is used in power plants, substations, petrochemical plants, industrial and mining plants, metallurgical and textile industries, high-rise buildings and other places with a high degree of automation that require connection to a computer interface. Used as a low-voltage complete device in alternating current generation and power supply systems with a frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage 400 V, rated operating current up to 4000 A for power distribution, centralized control of electric motors and reactive power compensation. Degree of protection - IP40.
The housing structure is assembled from KS (or KB) profiles, the standard module is 20 mm. After chemical degreasing and phosphating, the body is subjected to electrostatic spraying. Internal partitions and roll-out blocks undergo galvanizing with passivation. The functional compartments are mutually isolated and divided into a functional block compartment, a busbar compartment and a cable compartment. Each compartment performs its own independent functions, preventing accidental contact with live parts of adjacent functional blocks and limiting the spread of an accident.
The height of withdrawable blocks is a multiple of the module 160 mm and is available in five standard sizes: 1/2 block, 1 block, 1.5 blocks, 2 blocks, 3 blocks. The rated current of the block circuit is 400 A and below. The block dimensions change only in height; width and depth remain unchanged. Withdrawable units of the same functional purpose have good interchangeability. One MCC cabinet can accommodate up to 11 frame size 1 units or up to 22 frame size 1/2 units. Withdrawable units are equipped with mechanical locking devices. The front panel has clear position indicators: “on”, “disconnected”, “test”, “disconnected”. The design of this product increases the thermal capacity of the adapter connectors, which significantly reduces the additional heating of contact connectors, cable lugs and partitions caused by heating of the adapter connectors.
The separation between functional blocks and compartments is made clearly and reliably, which eliminates the impact of the failure of one block on the operation of other blocks, localizing the accident to a minimum extent.
Withdrawable units are equipped with a sufficient number of secondary contact connectors (32 pairs for units of size 1 and above, 20 pairs for units of size 1/2), which makes it possible to satisfy the requirements for the number of contacts from computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.
