The American type single-phase mini-substation package transformer is a compact switchgear in which the transformer, high-voltage load switch and protective fuse are hermetically placed in one common oil tank. This transformer can be directly installed on a 10 kV overhead line support or on a concrete platform, providing single-phase power with voltage conversion from 10 kV to 220 V. The product is small in size, fully insulated, maintenance-free, and is widely used in urban and rural distribution networks, in the modernization of rural power grids, for street lighting, in distributed new energy and other fields. Provides a cost-effective solution for powering distributed loads.
Product Features
1.Small dimensions and installation flexibility: its volume is only 1/3 of the volume of a European complete transformer of the same power; installation on a support is possible without the need to build a separate room for the transformer.
2. Completely sealed and completely insulated: high-voltage and low-voltage components are placed in a common insulating oil tank, which ensures safety, reliability, protection from water, dust and small animals.
3.Ready to use after installation, easy maintenance: fully assembled, tested and debugged at the factory; for commissioning it is enough to carry out installation and connection on site; does not require maintenance during operation.
