The products are used in alternating current power systems with a frequency of 50 (60) Hz with a rated voltage of up to 20 kV inclusive and are ideal distribution equipment for oil, metallurgical, chemical, textile, light industry enterprises, as well as for objects with high dust levels.
1. The magnetic core is made of high-quality oriented cold-rolled silicon steel with high magnetic conductivity, adopting a fully oblique joint design and stepped round cross-section of rods, which effectively reduces no-load loss and noise.
2. Windings are concentric, with corrugated oil channels and tie bands. The transformer is equipped with a tap changer to regulate the voltage.
3. Fully sealed corrugated tank: Corrugated cooling plates simultaneously perform the function of cooling and elastic "breathing". The absence of an expansion tank allows the overall height of the transformer to be reduced.
4. Vacuum oil filling technology completely removes moisture. Transformer oil does not come into contact with air, which eliminates oxidation and moisture. During operation, periodic oil sampling for testing is not required.
5. The product is equipped with an overpressure safety valve and a glass thermometer socket. Models of higher power can be equipped with a signal thermometer and a gas relay, which ensures safe operation.
