When designing a product, modern software for electromagnetic calculations is used. Using computer simulation, the main insulation, longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, electric field distribution in the end zone, short-circuit thermal resistance and electrodynamic resistance of the transformer are calculated and analyzed, which provides a sufficient design margin and thereby guarantees safe and reliable operation.
1. Low loss, low noise
The magnetic core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel. By adopting fully automatic robotic wafer fusion equipment, small cutting burrs and low fusion ratio are achieved, which effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current and transformer noise. No-load losses are reduced by 5–15% compared to manual mixing.
2. Safe and reliable operation
The transformer insulation design has a sufficient safety margin. The current density in the windings is chosen rationally, the mechanical strength of the conductors is sufficient. The temperature rise of the oil in the transformer is below the requirements of national standards.
3.Advanced design, convenient maintenance
The windings have an internal support frame made of high quality insulation. All windings are equipped with internal and external spacer bars. The strips and spacers have rounded edges, which ensures a uniform electric field and increased reliability. Self-locking nuts are used for axial fastening of the windings, thanks to which the product can withstand long-term transportation with shaking without loosening the fastenings and does not require removal of the active part. The tank body is made of wide steel sheets, which minimizes the number of welds. In combination with a unique welding technology, this ensures no leaks and high quality welded joints.
All sealing flanges have a groove design to guarantee a tight seal.
