The product is characterized by low losses and low noise levels. The windings are designed with internal and external spacer bars. A high-strength rigid paper-bakelite cylinder is used between the windings and the magnetic core, as well as between the windings, which effectively ensures resistance to short-circuit shock currents. The transformer tank is made using solid bending technology with a corrugated design, which increases mechanical strength and gives an aesthetic appearance. The active part and tank are fixed using a full positioning system, ensuring stability during transportation and operation.

Low noise: Free cooling noise level is less than 60dB.
Low partial discharge level: partial discharge level is controlled within 100 pC.
High resistance to short-circuit currents: a high-quality insulating frame is used inside the windings, the side walls of the tank are made by laser cutting in one pass.
Aesthetic appearance: complete sanding and rust removal, electrostatic powder spraying provides a coating quality comparable to painting household appliances.
No leaks: all sealing flanges have a groove design, the drain valve is made of brass, and vacuum butterfly valves are installed on the radiators, which guarantees tightness.
